Associate editor and chief economics commentator at the Financial Times, Martin Wolf was recently appointed as a member of the UK government’s new Independent Commission on Banking. He has been a Forum Fellow at the World Economic Forum in Davos and has won many prestigious awards for his journalism. Martin Wolf is a visiting fellow at Nuffield College, Oxford University and an Honorary fellow at Oxford Institute for Economic Policy. For ten years, Martin Wolf was a senior economist at the World Bank and currently holds prestigious positions at a number of important institutions. He is the author of several books including Fixing Global Finance: How to Curb Financial Crises in the 21st Century and Why Globalization Works.
